ELF NATION: FAMILYS SHOULD INCLUDE THEIR KIDS

If you have a family and you want to start your children on reading the Bible, I suggest reading Proverbs and Psalms verses to them first. Or let them read them each night before bed. They are easy to understand, and enjoyable.  Think to get them into saying night time prayers to God.  He'd LOVE that! lol  Praying never hurts a person, it can only reap rewards.  I still remember the simple prayer I use to say as a child.  For fun sometimes I still recite it.... it makes me smile, "Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray the Lord my soul to keep, If I should die before I wake, I pray the Lord my soul to take.  Amen."  You might be just as surprised as I was, just how well written the Bible is.  Some passages make me say, "I love the way it said that verse".
